New plan this weekend: brief pre-Super Bowl meet and greet.

The people have spoken and the verdict is in: 6pm on Sunday, February 7, won the poll for our initial meeting this weekend. That happens to be 30 minutes before Super Bowl kickoff (thank you Audrey for pointing this out). So the residents of this block either aren’t football fans or, like me, you completely forgot about the Super Bowl this year because nobody does anything anymore.

So I think the best course of action here is to have a brief pre-Super Bowl meet and greet from about 5:45-6:30pm. No need to join for the whole time and you are free to Irish exit whenever. Participation may be a little suppressed, but that’s ok—I had always sort of thought we would start with a core group and continue to make a little bit of progress every day. What I’m trying to say is that we are still on track to cover internal peace, self-actualization, and the meaning of life on our second Zoom call.
